About

A little about me

I'm Diego Rivada, a Product Security Engineer and Backup Team Lead at The Boeing Company in Seattle, with 3+ years securing commercial aircraft systems. I lead security assessments, vulnerability management, and airline customer support to meet FAA and EASA airworthiness and cybersecurity requirements.

I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Systems Architecting and Engineering at USC, deepening my understanding of complex systems and exploring how AI can make engineering more efficient. I'm especially interested in using AI to build next-generation cybersecurity tools, particularly for fighting malware in smarter, more adaptive ways.

Beyond the technical work, I serve as our Backup Team Lead: helping set priorities, stepping in when our lead is away, mentoring and onboarding new engineers, and bridging engineering, compliance, and customer stakeholders to build secure, resilient systems.

UltroBot: my private AI workspace

It's napping right now because the UltroLab Server is powered down. You can still see what it does while it sleeps.

It's awake. Chat, file making, coding agents, and a video studio, all running on my own hardware.
